Configure your account, organization, and security settings

Organization Settings

Your organization is the top-level container for all your 24zero resources including devices, policies, and compliance data. To configure your organization:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Organization
  2. Update your organization name and details
  3. Configure your timezone and locale preferences
  4. Set up your company logo for reports

Team Management

Invite team members to collaborate on compliance and security. 24zero supports role-based access control:

  • Owner - Full access to all features and billing
  • Admin - Manage team, devices, and policies
  • Member - View and run scans, manage assigned devices
  • Viewer - Read-only access to dashboards and reports

Team management is available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Security Settings

We recommend enabling these security features for your account:

  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) - Required for all team members
  • Session timeout - Automatically log out after inactivity
  • IP allowlisting - Restrict access to specific IP ranges
  • Audit logging - Track all account activities

API Keys

Generate API keys for programmatic access and agent authentication:

  1. Go to Settings → API Keys
  2. Click "Generate New Key"
  3. Provide a descriptive name for the key
  4. Copy and securely store the key (it won't be shown again)

Treat API keys like passwords. Never commit them to version control or share them publicly.

Notification Preferences

Configure how you receive alerts and notifications:

  • Email notifications for critical findings
  • Slack integration for real-time alerts
  • Webhook notifications for custom integrations
  • Daily/weekly summary digests
