By accessing or using the 24zero platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

24zero provides an AI-powered endpoint security platform that includes:

• Autonomous AI Red Team security assessments
• Endpoint security monitoring and telemetry collection
• Vulnerability detection and attack path analysis
• Security policy management and enforcement
• Security findings reporting and remediation guidance
• API access for integration with third-party systems

3. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes up to 5 endpoints with limited features. Free plans are subject to fair use policies and may be discontinued or modified at our discretion.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed on a per-endpoint, per-month basis. Billing occurs monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

4.3 Pricing Changes

We may modify our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Conduct security testing on systems you do not own or have authorization to test
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use the Services for competitive analysis or to build competing products
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties without authorization
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, algorithms, interfaces, documentation, and content, are owned by 24zero and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription term. You retain ownership of your data; we do not claim ownership of any data you submit to the Services.

You own all data you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to use Customer Data solely to provide the Services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Customer Data. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's confidential information. Security findings, vulnerability data, and system configurations are considered your confidential information. Our pricing, product roadmap, and technical specifications are our confidential information.

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity (Free plans)

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits and class arbitrations are not permitted.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
